CLASS DESCRIPTIONS: Platinum® Fitness

All Classes Are 55 Minutes Unless Otherwise Noted

BODY BLAST:
Cardio and weight intervals are combined to give you a total body workout.

BODY CIRCUIT:
This is a cardio based class involving strength training that focuses on the lower body to ensure a high calorie burn!

BODY SCULPT:
This challenging class works individual muscle groups using free weights and strength-moves to condition and strengthen the entire body.

BODY SHOCK:
Are you looking to change your routine? Then this class is for you! Body Shock focuses on using your own body weight to help shape and tone your body while working on your core the whole time.

BOOT CAMP:
An intense workout incorporating interval training to get you into shape FAST! Not for beginners.

CARDIO BOX:
This nonstop intense training session which incorporates aerobics, boxing and martial arts, aims to build strength, confidence and balance.

CARDIO BOX & TONE:
A power-packed session that combines intervals of cardio kickboxing and weight work to burn more calories and sculpt your entire body. Get ready to sweat, burn, and tone, all while having a great time!

KICK & ABS:
This class begins with a 45-minute cardio box class, followed by a 15-minute abs blast.

NIP TUCK:
Are you looking to change your routine? Then this class is for you! Nip and Tuck focuses on your legs, hips, arms and shoulders. This class will help shape and tone your body while working your core.

PILATES:
Exercises that work the deeper muscles to achieve efficient, graceful movement while improving your alignment, helping your breathing, and increasing your body awareness.

PILATES COMBO:
This class progressively strengthens the core muscles using the "Pilates" concept and movement patterns combined with resistance tools. In addition, we will strech and lengthen tight and inflexable muscles, which can limit your range of motion.
 
PILOXING:
SATURDAY: 3/17, 3/24, 4/14, 4/21, 5/5 and WEDNESDAY 4:15pm: 3/28, 4/4, 4/25, 5/16, 5/23
A cardio workout that consists of boxing, pilates and dance. Lengthening, toning and strengthening the core are incorporated.

POWER CORE & SCULPT:
This class will works individual muscle groups using free weights and strength moves while also focusing on challenging your core muscles.

POWER HOUR:
High intensity interval training (cardio and strength training). Note: This class is meant to incinerate fat.

POWERTONE:
Incorporates cardio aerobics and weight training to strengthen your muscles, burn fat, and tone your body.

PUMP IT UP:
Here is a high intensity, full body class combining plyometrics & weights. This aggressive class is designed for the advanced member.

PURE CARDIO:
A high-intensity workout using kickboxing, step, plyometrics, conditioning, and Tabata Training.

STRENGTH TRAINING 2000:
Performing functional movement with weights, to recruit both large and small muscle groups, to develop overall body strength. Regular participation will develop spinal symmetry and core awareness. Lastly, the class finishes with a full body stretch.

TOO HOT TO HANDLE:
"Too Hot To Handle" brings the hottest dance moves in hiphop and other forms of dance to the gym. It is filled with fun, sexy and exciting cardio-filled dance routines accompanied by todays hottest music.

VINYASA YOGA:
Also known as Power Yoga, this class involves the art of sequencing yoga poses.

willPower & grace®:
This class is a sweaty, dynamic fusion of plyometrics, dance principals, and old school calisthenics, based on a functional training philosophy. All you need is your body weight and your bare feet. Think "Pilates ... meets Bootcamp" ... equipment free.

YOGALATES:
Yogalates is a recent trend that has spread around the world, combining Yoga and Pilates into one great workout. There are many reasons that you should try Yogalates: Relaxation, flexability, total body toning, and weight loss, just to name a few.

ZUMBA:
Zumba is a fusion of latin and international music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.


• Please arrive on time! No admittance 10 minutes after posted class time.
• Complete policy and procedure form available at Member Service Desk.
• There must be at least two participants for a class to begin.
• If you plan to leave class early please position yourself closest to the exit and be sure to cool down for a minimum of 5 minutes.
• Appropriate footwear is required at all times.
